Small Caps (60%)

  • Undiscovered companies that have received little or no institutional interest prior to SKG's discovery.
  • Undergoing an IMPACT EVENT such as Merger, Acquisition, Primary Capital raise, reverse merger, re-listing.
  • Attractive Valuations (PE : 8-12)
  • Market Cap : 500 Cr.- 1500 Cr.
  • PRE - IPO stage (8-12 months IPO window)
  • High conviction approach: 8-10 companies

Mid Caps (30%)

  • Showing very high growth and momentum with PAT / Sales growing at >30% (y-o-y)
  • Established businesses that are increasing market share.
  • Legacy companies with market caps between 15,000 Cr to 80,000 Cr.
  • Quarterly churn
  • Identified from select 9 sectors & 20 sub-groups

With PE-VC mindset, SKG is efficient in discovering companies that are under researched & under-owned. Pre-empting institutional participation, we invest in companies between Rs. 500-2000 Crore market cap range. Our investors benefit from both price discovery and growth potential during their investment journey.

In the unlisted universe, we seek to invest in the Pre-IPO rounds with a listing time horizon of 6-9 months. Seeking discounted valuations, carefully picking growth sectors to maximize value for our Clients.

Being a seasoned investor in the small cap, we understand the risks as much as we enjoy the rewards. While being small makes them agile and ripe for growth, from an investment perspective they usually lack liquidity, especially when the sentiment is weak.

We take this challenge seriously and ensure that the company gets visibility and institutional participation. This creates breadth and sustainability in the stock price and given an opportunity to our investors to exit as per their risk assessment and financial needs.
